Our platform enables merchants to unify their commerce activities, with range of tools for merchants to build online stores, manage their products, inventory, payments, fulfillment, transportation, business operations, marketing, and advertising and engage with existing and potential customers. Any such service or services offered by the platform are referred to, in these Terms and condition of services as the “Service(s)”. Access drugs ltd reserves the right to change Terms and Conditions and/or our Privacy Policy at any time without prior notification to you. Any new features or tools which are added to the current services will also be subject to the Terms and condition. Terms for user's account

You understand that your materials may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. ‘materials’ means Your Trademarks, copyright content, any products or services you sell through the services including description and price, any photos, images, videos, graphics, written content, audio files, code, information, or other data provided or made available by you or your affiliates to us or its affiliates.
In summary, you are responsible for your account, the materials you upload to the services of Access drugs ltd and the operation of your store. If you violate our terms of service, we may cancel your service access. If we need to reach you, we will communicate via your email address or phone number.

Store owner

The person signing up by opening an account will be the contracting party (store owner) for the purposes of our Terms of Service and will be the person who is authorized to use any corresponding account we may provide to the store owner in connection with the service. You are responsible for ensuring that the name of the store owner (including name of the company that owns the store, if applicable) is clearly visible on the Store’s website.
If you are signing up for the services on behalf of your employer, your employer will be the store owner. If you are signing up for the services on behalf of your employer, then you must use your employer-issued email address and phone number and you represent. This warrants that you have the authority to bind your employer to our terms and condition of service.
A store owner may have multiple stores but must register them with separate account.
You agree on use of ‘ Checkout result’ on your page in our website for checking of the services of your online store

Our rights

Access drugs ltd has the right to refuse or remove materials from any part of the services, including your store
We may offer our services to your competitors, but we will never share your confidential information with them
You acknowledge and agree that our employees and contractors may also be our customers or merchants and that they may compete with you, without using your confidential information
In the event of a dispute regarding account ownership, we reserve the right to request documentation to determine or confirm account ownership. Documentation may include, but is not limited to, a scanned copy of your business license.
We reserve the right to determine the rightful account ownership and transfer the account to the rightful store owner. If we are unable to reasonably determine the rightful store owner, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend or disable the account until resolution has been determined between the disputing parties
We are not responsible for damages or lawsuits that arise if you break the law, breach this agreement or go against the rights of a third party. We provide no warranties
Access drugs ltd or any that we authorized about your supplies reserve the right to comment into your ‘checkout result’ at your page for prospective customers to examine the services of your store
You don’t have to post or comment into your ‘checkout result’ or remove our comment into checkout result on your page

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the goods or services that you may sell including description, price, fees, tax, defects, offers or promotional content and compliance with any applicable laws or regulations.
You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws), the laws applicable to you in your customer’s jurisdiction. You will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations (including but not limited to obtaining and complying with the requirements of any license or permit that may be necessary to operate your store or that may be held by you) in your use of the service and your performance of obligations under the Terms and Condition
You are responsible for your store, the goods or services you sell, and your relationship with your customers, not us.
You must maintain an accurate location of your store. If you change jurisdictions you must promptly update your location.

Posting policies

You agree not to post, list, email, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or is harmful to minors in any way
You are solely responsible for all information that you submit to us and any consequences that may result from your post.
We reserve the right at any time to refuse or remove content that you post which we feel are inappropriate or breaching our terms of use. We can do this with or without notifying you.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to actively monitoring the content of the website including any chat rooms and forums that may arise in this site.
We are not involved in the actual transactions between users.
You agree not to hold us responsible for things other users post or do in this site.

Payment of fees and taxes

You are responsible to pay the fees applicable to your subscription to our online services (subscription fees)
Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you don't pay them when due, we may limit your ability to use the services.
You must keep a valid payment method that we authorized.
Subscription fees are paid in advance and will be billed in 30 day intervals.
You are responsible for all taxes relating to your store or use of our services. You may be required to remit taxes to us or to self-remit to your local taxing authority.

You and Access drugs ltd agree to use the confidential information of each other only on performing the obligations in these terms and condition of service. Confidential information must be protected and respected.
Your confidential information will include, but will not be limited to specific business information, customer lists, prospective customer lists, names, addresses and other information regarding customers and prospective customers, product, sales, costs (including any relevant processing fees).
Our confidential information includes all information that you receive relating to us, or to our services that is not known to the general public including information related to our security program and practices.

Intellectual property

Anything you upload remains yours (if it was yours) but Access drugs ltd can use and publish the things you upload. Anything uploaded to our website remains the property and responsibility of its initial owner. However, Access drugs ltd may use the material to operate and promote our services.

Display of colors and images of products as could be appear at store, descriptions of products, product pricing and price changes are the responsibility of the owner of the store at which the products are seen. We cannot guarantee and shall not be liable for accurate display of any cooler and images of products, descriptions of products and products price changes
Prices are subject to change at any time and it couldaffects supply of your order. We and store owners reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us or in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities per order. This restriction is for orders placed while the payment for the order has not been made before the change in prices of products included in the order.
