Return policy
Please, create an account on our website and log in. Enter information on the product(s) you would like to return. Explain the reason for the returning and upload a photo. You can choose to have the amount returned to you. Once you hit confirm, you will be notified that we have received your request and we will begin the review immediately.
Access drugs.com accepts returns of items sent to customers and provides a refund to the customer under the following circumstances:
- If the product(s) are faulty or expired at the time of purchase
- The goods are not as described by the store
- The returned item must be in its original package, unopened, and with a receipt of purchase
- We must receive the return within not more than 14 days from when the purchase was made
Customers are not legally entitled to a refund if
- They change their mind or no longer want the goods being sent to them
- If they cause the fault
- They chose the wrong one
- They find the item cheaper elsewhere
Refund Policy
As soon as your returned item is approved by Access Drugs Ltd., we facilitate a refund or exchange of the item for the customer
In the case of unavailable stock
The returned item would be sourced and delivered to you in not less than 48 hours. If the item becomes unavailable, we will credit the payment completely to you. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Delivery costs are non-refundable.
